Dar Mima, an oriental dream between heaven and earth

Dar Mima opens its doors on the roof of the Arab World Institute, an exceptional restaurant created by Laurent de Gourcuff and Jamel Debbouze, in homage to the latter's mother, Fatima, or " Mima ".

Inspired by the cuisine of Mima, an exceptional and charismatic woman, who has always kept the table open with her simple and sunny cuisine for sharing, the plate is an ode to oriental cuisine: Man'ouché, Fattouche salad, pastilla and tajines, not forgetting the inevitable couscous

For this project, Paris Society called on the architect Laura Gonzalez, who created for Dar Mima an oriental paradise on the rooftops of Paris. A place infused with Arab hospitality, a bridge between East and West, like the IMA.

Mondaine, the essence of Parisian life

Just off the Champs-Élysées, Paris Society unveils its latest sensation: Mondaine. A unique experience where the border between reality and fiction evaporates in a sultry, arty and crazy atmosphere.

What would Mondaine be without music? The real star of the place is music. Served by exceptional live musicians, it incites you to let go. When singers and musicians play together, we dive into the irresistible atmosphere of beloved music.

At Mondaine, gourmet food is also a transgression. The most noble products, from lobster to caviar, lend themselves to sharing, and luxury is enjoyed in a festive and regressive mode. We also find the pleasure of simple, comforting dishes to share, executed to perfection.

Paris Society, the Art of entertaining

Paris Society is looking forward to making this event a must and to organizing, with exceptional French partners, a 2023 edition of the Paris Society Garden Party under the sign of excellence, refinement and celebration.

Sheltered from view in a green patio of 1000 m2, Maison Russe surprises once again and transforms itself into a spectacular summer garden.
This summer version, adorned with flowers, fabrics and lanterns, promises enchanted lunches and dinners. Dressed in ivory wooden trellises, decorated with roses and jasmine and antique mirrors, the Jardin de Maison Russe is without doubt the most beautiful terrace in western Paris.

On the plate, you can (re)discover the unmissable and signature dishes of the summer - Back of cod with green asparagus, Chicken Chachlyk with grilled vegetables and crispy rice - as well as an array of gourmet desserts. And let's not forget the great novelty: the "banc de l'écailler" with its wide selection of seafood.

Gigi welcomes the crème de la crème of the 7th art for a dinner

Actors, producers, directors, agents... met on April 21st for a 100% French cinema dinner on the roofs of Paris.
At Gigi's, avenue Montaigne and facing the Eiffel Tower, Emmanuelle Béart exchanged theatrical impressions with Benjamin Lavernhe of the Comédie Française. Near Anne Florence Schmitt, Gilles Lellouche, one of the kings of French cinema, joked with Alex Lutz and Sandrine Kiberlain, who was then seen going around the tables, a warm link between all, accompanied by her daughter, the irresistible Suzanne Lindon. It is impossible to mention all the familiar faces, from Elsa Zylberstein to Céline Sallette, via Souheila Yacoub or Mélanie Thierry.
At two o'clock in the morning, they were all still there, some dancing, others in deep conversation on the very Riviera sofas of the restaurant terraces.
Between confidentiality and worldliness, Gigi has set the scene to receive the cream of the 7th art!

Mun wins the Versailles 2021 Prize

Culture and commercial architecture: two areas that are often seen as antinomic.

Of course, this opposition is not systematic, and there are many good examples. But these are still too rare. The aim of the Versailles Prize is to change this state of affairs by bringing together these poles that tend to be in opposition.

The prize is awarded to the most outstanding achievements, both in terms of interior and exterior architecture. Because it is associated with Versailles, it is hoped that this world symbol of beauty and elegance will serve not as a model but as a beacon or impetus for quality commercial architecture today and in the future.

Mun won the Versailles 2021 Prize in the restaurant category, the work of architects Eve von Romberg and Charlotte Besson-Oberlin

Gigi, the "Alla Grande" state of mind!

One of the most eagerly awaited new brands, Gigi will open in Ramatuelle in June, Paris in September and Val d'Isère in December. More than a restaurant, Gigi is the home of an Italian aesthete who welcomes his guests with charm and extravagance, in a style all his own: vita "alla grande".

In Ramatuelle in the south of France, Gigi welcomes her guests in her beach house. An unusual destination that offers many services and activities: the restaurant, the Bellini Bar and its swimming pool, the Ischia and Ponza cabins, Gigi Circus, a 350m2 kids club, play areas, a concept shop, a wellness area in collaboration with Holidermie, as well as direct access to the beach.

On the plate, Italian gastronomy is expressed in all its grandeur and generosity, carried by the values of sharing and quality products - pizza margherita, vitello tonato, linguine alle vongole, grilled octopus, veal cutlet Milanese...

At Gigi's, we live extravagant moments where the joy of being together and the gourmet pleasures suspend the course of time.

CoCo puts brunch in the spotlight

The bar is not to be outdone and offers a new drinks menu to match the cuisine: a variety of coffees and teas, smoothies and detox juices prepared at the minute, or champagne and cocktails to celebrate the weekend!

A menu to be enjoyed on the terrace, in a festive and musical atmosphere, every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

After the success of Piaf Paris in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, the night bird takes flight and settles for a summer on the mythical beach of Pampelonne in partnership with Bagatelle Group, bringing the legendary nights of the Parisian hotspot to Saint-Tropez.

A hushed atmosphere, red velvet benches, subdued lighting, lovers of French standards, English rock or American pop, here we dine, drink, and above all sing to the sound of the pianist who accompanies the songbird all evening.
The only risk: to leave some feathers behind!
