Cordélia de Castellane, artistic director of Paris Society, designed the Abbey, the stud farms and the individual pavilions. Imagining each space, designing each motif, sourcing each piece, the designer drew inspiration from the history of the estate to compose a comfortable score.

The Abbaye's three restaurants are all different, offering traditional, upscale cuisine, generous sharing and sumptuous weekend brunches.
