    Job description:

    We are looking to strengthen and supervise our reception teams in our top-of-the-range restaurants. We are looking for Cheffes Hôtesses (M/F), who are true ambassadors for our establishments and key positions within our restaurants.

    In close collaboration with the management of the establishment to which you are affiliated, you will be responsible for the reception area, from telephone reception to physical reception, including the implementation of processes and the correct application of instructions given.

    Main tasks:

      • Monitoring of staff (recruitment, departures, leave requests, schedules, etc.)
      • Training of your teams on site
      • Implementation of the group's processes in your establishment in conjunction with the Group Executive Hostess Manager
      • Daily distribution of booking instructions to your teams
      • Receiving calls, analysing the customer's request

      • Monitoring the evolution of SEVENROOMS and its tools
      • Organisation, management and control of internet bookings
      • Feeding and checking the customer file
      • Perfect knowledge of the group: the different houses and their organisation
      • Access to information on the structures present in the group, the different houses and their organisation, as well as on the major events that may generate an influx of calls
      • Handling of e-mails

     

    Profile required:

    Know-how

        • Managing a team
        • Use of telephone sets and other related systems (WhatsApp, landline, call forwarding switchboard ...)
        • Use the IT tools in place (Excel, Dropbox, Skello, etc.)

    The Assistant Manager assists the Operations Manager in the operational management of the establishment. A proven and successful track record in restaurant management is a prerequisite for this position.

    The main tasks of the Deputy Director, in conjunction with the Director, are

    • Leading and motivating your team on a daily basis
    • Optimised management of the institution's economic activity and safeguarding of financial interests
    • Ensuring the smooth running of the establishment and the quality of services
