On the plate, chef Mathieu Pacault offers fresh, summery Mediterranean-inspired cuisine - Watermelon, Greek salad and frosted feta, Gaspacho sorbet tomato, Prawns flambéed in cognac - and delicious delights with the Mousse aux deux chocolats.
