La Suite is located in the museum of architecture and monumental sculpture in the Palais de Chaillot in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, right across the River Seine from the Eiffel Tower.

Contemporary Marine Cuisine
Following in the footsteps of its predecessor and mentor, the emphasis of the menu is on contemporary marine cuisine, with seafood and fresh fish served in every raw, grilled, baked, shucked and steamed shape and form. Start with an ethereally light crab cake or a seabass tartare dressed with zingy dewdrops of pomegranate, before moving onto a plump pearly turbot with sweet onions, or a truffle-adorned chicken à deux.
